It is hard to believe Christmas is around the corner. Every year it catches me by surprise how quickly time goes after kids start school. Temperature is still 80 here in Florida, it may be another reason I can not believe holidays are close.
For my projects I choose Flurry of Wishes bundle. Blues and sparkles are my colors for the holidays this year. I got the inspiration for my project online - saw the card and new I wanted to design similar one and few other items to go with it.
Box was made using Gift Box punch board (little secret - it will be part of Monday special) and kraft 12 x 12 paper. The great thing about it - no glue require. Another huge advantage - take scored and decorated base with you when traveling, or make few ahead of time and store it flat. They do not take any space. Than when ready - few seconds to transform it from flat piece to a box!
And of course I made a wine bottle tag. It will be handy during holiday season. You can use that design for a tag as well.
Hope you like the projects. If you need any supplies, you can find them in my store.
Next is Liz's blog.

ReplyDeleteHello, Oksana! At first I thought the striped layer had yellow stripes, which I thought a bit odd, but then I realized you used the specialty DSP with gold stripes, and suddenly your projects became a WOW! ReplyDeleteWhat a cute variety of ideas. I love that you're using Blues & Sparkles as your Christmas colors this year. I made some cards for the elderly in nursing homes & I used those colors on many of my cards. The wine bottle tag really brought a lot of joy to me, because I have never made one, however this will be the 1st year that I am going to try. I prefer hand made over store bought any day. Thanks for so many wonderful ideas! #stampitcontest

ReplyDeleteLove what you did with those snowflakes #stampitcontest.
ReplyDeleteI did not purchase the snowflake set as I thought they were so big, but you have used them in a beautiful way. May have to rethink big stamps.
ReplyDelete#stampitcontest I like the 3D looking snowflakes. The idea of being able to store the boxes flat until I need them and to be able to make the box without glue-this appeals to me. I also like the sparkles and blue colors of Christmas.
